Boston doctors emphasized the importance of getting tested after getting vaccinated to figure out whether coronavirus vaccines protect against any variant that develops and to prevent further spread

A group of students at the high school came up with the idea for the vaccine clinic for their end-of-the-year project, partnering up with Boston Medical Center.

Hospital and health system pharmacist must be prepared for "significant disruptions to normal healthcare delivery, including disruption of medication procurement," Erin Fox, PharmD, of the University of Utah Health in Salt Lake City, wrote, along with Aaron Kesselheim, MD, an internal medicine physician at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston.

Dr. David Henderson, chief of psychiatry at Boston Medical Center, says culture and race impact stress, and therefore overall health.

While hospitals and health systems across the country will participate in the research, Mass General Brigham researchers were selected to head up the data resource core to the project, which will collect, coordinate and analyze the data collected on PASC patients across the nation.

Led by researchers at NYU Langone’s Perlmutter Cancer Center and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, the study used a mathematical tool to examine how doctors should coordinate available treatments for high-grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSC).
